1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, orders, and services via the website “The Soul Temple.”
Deviating terms from the customer are only accepted if we have expressly agreed in writing.
Our offer is exclusively aimed at consumers (§13 BGB): natural persons who predominantly act outside of their commercial or professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
Contracting party: Christiane Freese – The Soul Temple
Presentation of offers (sessions, massages, coaching, products, freebies) is non-binding.
Bookings / Orders:
- Selection is non-binding and can be corrected before submission
- Clicking the order/booking button constitutes a binding offer
- Confirmation will be sent via email
3. Contract Language & Contract Text
- Contract language: German (optional English)
- Contract text is stored and accessible via the customer account or on request
4. Services
Offer: Sessions, massages, coaching, products, limited freebies
Purpose: Personal development, relaxation, inspiration
Important:
- No promises of healing
- No medical diagnoses
- Does not replace medical or therapeutic advice
5. Booking & Delivery
- Sessions, massages, coaching: bookable via website
- Digital products / freebies: available immediately after booking
- Physical products:
- Shipped to the provided address
- Free shipping unless stated otherwise
- Self-pickup not possible
- No shipping to parcel stations
6. Prices & Payment
- All prices are final, no VAT (small business regulation §19 UStG)
- Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, Stripe, etc.
- In case of late payment, we reserve the right to withhold services
7. Cancellation / Withdrawal
- Withdrawal up to 24 hours before the appointment/shipment is possible
- Short-notice cancellations: up to 50% of the price may apply
- Digital products / freebies: not eligible for withdrawal if immediately delivered
8. Retention of Title
Physical products remain the property of The Soul Temple until fully paid.
9. Warranty
- Statutory warranty applies
- Additional guarantees only if explicitly stated
10. Liability
- Liability only in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- Customers are responsible for their own health limitations during sessions
- Sessions do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic consultation
- Liability for slight negligence is limited to typically foreseeable damages
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data is shared with third parties only for the purpose of fulfilling the service.
12. Copyright / Content
Texts, images, videos, and products are protected by copyright.
Use without permission is prohibited.
13. Final Provisions
- German law applies
- Jurisdiction: Stuttgart
- If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected
- Participation in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards: not mandatory / not accepted
