Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged to you for this reimbursement.
Special Notice on Digital Content and Services
In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or for services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
- you have confirmed that you are aware that your right of withdrawal will expire upon commencement of contract performance, and
- we have provided you with confirmation of this consent.
This applies in particular to sessions and services offered by The Soul Temple.
