Refund & Return Policy
1. General Information
At The Soul Temple, I offer digital content, services (such as coaching and energy work), as well as physical products (such as gemstone bracelets, prayer beads, and mantra beads).
Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
2. Digital Products
No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products (e.g. downloads, digital content, recordings) once:
- the download has started, or
- access to the digital content has been granted.
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that I may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
Refunds are excluded once digital content has been provided.
3. Services (Coaching, Energy Work, Sessions)
Appointments & Cancellations
The following terms apply to booked services:
- Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend the session do not entitle you to a refund.
- Sessions that have already begun or have been fully completed are non-refundable.
Coaching and energy work are individual services that are scheduled specifically for you and are therefore binding.
4. Physical Products (e.g. Jewelry & Gemstone Products)
Right of Withdrawal
For physical products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies from the date you receive the goods, provided that:
- the item is unworn, unused, and undamaged
- the item is returned in its original condition
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products
- sealed products for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed
5. Returns & Refund Process
If you wish to return a product:
- Please contact me in advance by email at kontakt@the-soul-temple.de.
- Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- After review, you will receive the return address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on my part.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original method of payment.
6. Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
- please contact me by email within 48 hours of receipt
- include clear photos showing the damage
In such cases, I will offer either:
- a replacement, or
- a refund of the purchase price
7. Disclaimer for Services
My services are intended for personal guidance, awareness work, and inner clarification.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
Participation is at your own responsibility.
